However, if we haven’t serviced your specific vehicle before, please give us a call to confirm compatibility and service availability, as these vehicles may require special tools or procedures.

Do I need an appointment or do you take walk-ins?
Appointments are recommended to ensure timely service, but we accommodate walk-ins when availability permits.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can call us, text us, book online, or message us through social media.
How long does a typical service take?
Most oil changes are completed in 45 minutes or less. Other services vary, and we’ll provide an estimate when scheduling.
Can I drop my car off before or after hours?
Yes, we have a secure key drop box for after-hours drop-offs. Early morning drop-off is also welcome.

Do you provide estimates?
Yes. We always provide a detailed estimate and wait for your approval before starting any work.
What forms of payment do you accept?

Do you accept extended warranties?
Yes, we work with many third-party extended warranty providers. Bring your plan information for verification.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
We do not offer financing or payment plans at this time.
Are there diagnostic fees?
Yes, our standard diagnostic fee is a flat rate of $85.00. If you choose to move forward with the recommended repairs, we’ll apply this fee toward your final repair cost. Be sure to check out our monthly specials, which often include free diagnostic service!
Do you provide digital vehicle inspection reports?
Yes. Every vehicle receives a detailed digital inspection report with photos and technician notes, so you know exactly what’s going on with your car.
Can I get a second opinion?
Absolutely! We’re happy to provide a second opinion if you’ve received a quote elsewhere, and you’re also welcome to seek a second opinion on our recommendations. We want you to feel completely confident in your repair decisions.
💪 Parts & Warranties
Do you use OEM parts?
We use quality OEM or aftermarket parts that meet or exceed factory standards. OEM parts are available upon request.
Do you offer warranties on your work?
Yes, most repairs are covered by a 12-month/12,000-mile warranty. Some parts and services may qualify for extended warranties. Please note that parts supplied by the customer are not covered under our warranty and are installed at the customer’s risk.
📜 Warranty Concerns
Can you service my new vehicle without voiding the manufacturer warranty?
Yes. We follow all factory-recommended procedures and use approved parts and fluids, so your warranty remains valid.
Do you report maintenance to Carfax?
Yes. Maintenance and qualifying repairs are reported to Carfax.
Can I get documentation for manufacturer-required service?
Yes. We provide detailed records for your service history.

We’re open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on weekends.

Do you offer a shuttle or loaner cars?
We do not offer a formal shuttle or loaner vehicles. However, if your destination is close by, we may be able to give you a ride home—just ask!
Is my vehicle secure at your shop?
Yes. All vehicles are stored inside our locked and alarmed garage after hours.
Will you get my approval before doing extra work?
Always. We never perform additional repairs without your knowledge and consent.

We update you by text, phone, or email based on your preference.
Can I approve repairs digitally?
Yes! You can review and approve your repairs electronically.
