Frequently Asked Questions

Do you require an appointment, and how long will it take to complete the repairs?
What if I need to drop off my car before you open or after hours?

We have an after-hours drop box. Take an envelope and fill it out completely. Place your keys in the envelope, seal it and place the envelope in the drop box.

Do you provide towing service?

Towing is available 24 hours a day through several local towing companies that we recommend.

What kinds of cars do you repair, and what services do you perform?

P and T Auto Service is a complete automotive repair center that provides ASE-certified service for all foreign and domestic cars and trucks. As a complete automotive repair center, we make sure to provide reliable service for a wide range of different repair jobs. In addition to servicing privately owned vehicles, we also welcome commercial and fleet vehicles.

What does it mean if my “check engine” or “service engine soon” light comes on?

There are many sensors and computerized components that manage your vehicle’s engine performance and emissions. When one of these fails, the “check engine” light is illuminated. Although your car may seem to run fine, it is important to have the issue addressed to prevent long-term problems.
